This is due to their 18 or older rules vs 21 in MO. Walking into DownStream from the self-parking lot, you are not stopped or questioned by staff like you are in a MO casino. Its not actually due (the hotel) to open for another month or two, but I'm told by people who've previewed it that it will be impressive. They have the typical, large, nice looking hotel in the background dominating the skyline.
Four hours from St Louis.ĭriving up to the casino is (as usual) a pleasant view. DownStream is located in Quapaw, OK but the easiest (only?) way to get to it is by taking the 1st MO exit on I-44. Went to DownStream C&R Monday and Tuesday night this week. This TR is in reply to this thread as promised.
